WE NEED VOLUNTEERS SO THE KIDS CAN PLAY. SIGN UP TO BE A COACH, REFEREE, ETC. TRAINING PROVIDED

REGISTRATION
Registration Fee: $90.00 (cash or personal checks* accepted)
Multi Family Discount: $85.00 for second child, $80.00 for third child
*Checks returned by Bank will be assessed a $20.00 Fee

Registration Fee includes uniform (jersey, shorts and socks), team and individual picture, AYSO National registration fee, and supplemental accident insurance.
NO FUNDRAISER!!!!

TIMES AND LOCATIONS:
Registration is on a space available basis now and will be closed once an age division becomes full. First registered, first placed.

Print 3 copies and bring them to any registration date listed above. (If the player has never been registered with AYSO, a copy of the players' birth certificate must be brought to registration.)

FOR SAFETY AND LEGAL REASONS ALL REGISTRATION FORMS MUST BE COMPLETELY FILLED OUT AND PROCESSED BEFORE PLAYERS WILL BE PLACED ON A TEAM.
